Minor maintenance issues.

The room was reasonably spacious with smoke detectors for safety measures. The bathroom was good, included a shower, hair dryers, and towels.

the room was cute and clean. loved the bathroom. location was nice - beach is only 4 minutes away. staff was super nice - especially Ashley. got to use a computer and print files thanks to Maria

Can't recommend highly enough

The location was favourable and absolutely perfect, for example, Collins Avenue was relatively near the hotel. Took a walk around city center, located not too far away from the property...

The air-conditioned rooms were a lifesaver in the Miami heat, keeping us cool and comfortable during our stay. The free WiFi was a great perk, allowing us to stay connected and share all our envy-inducing vacation photos. The private bathroom in our room was a welcome luxury, providing us with a more convenient and private experience.

The hotel had indeed a good and excellent location in the middle of jackson. Plus, it was right by the beach and restaurants and the park and restaurants.

I stayed at Sonder for my honeymoon and it was such a lovely experience. The hotel was beautiful, modern, and clean. The staff, especially Ashley at the front desk, were incredibly kind and helpful. The bed was amazingly comfortable, the bathroom was impeccable, and the water pressure was fantastic. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach, with shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel even went the extra mile to make our honeymoon special. Thank you, Sonder!

The hotel was located adjacent to the beach and public transportation, the park, and the market. The rooms were modern and wonderful. The beds with hypo-allergenic pillows were exceptionally comfortable.
